Most recently California joined 27 other states and the federal government in banning the most potent drug in khat and the District of Columbia is proposing to do the same. “It is a very touchy subject. Coffee grounds have a high heat content so these logs produce 25 percent more heat than standard sawdust firelogs. Also the flames are more brilliant from the coffee. All-wood compressed sawdust firelogs and bricks are available in some areas.
