(AP) — Police in Providence R. are investigating a small explosion that forced the evacuation of a Starbucks coffee shop. Authorities at the scene told WJAR-TV that they think the explosion late New Year’s Day was caused by a homemade bomb. About 25 people were inside the shop when the blast happened just after 11 p.
